Blackberry/Windows Mobile - Converge Devices

This online course will cover the device known as the Blackberry. Blackberry devices are developed by RIM (Research in Motion) and are utilized all around the world. In this online course the student will be exposed to the interfaces and the methods to extract the maximum data from these devices using a forensic process. During the course the students will utilize several pieces of software including Paraben’s Device Seizure and ABC Amber Blackberry Converter all in the comfort of your lab. This online course does not have a prerequisite and does contain a competency examination at the conclusion of the course.

Windows Mobile

This online course will cover the devices known to run Windows Mobile. Windows Mobile smartphone devices range from Motorola to HTC. In this online course we will discuss the underlying operating system, artifacts and the recovery of the most data from these devices using a forensic process. During the course the students will utilize several pieces of software including Paraben’s Device Seizure and PIM Backup all in the comfort of your lab. This online course does not have a prerequisite and does contain a competency examination at the conclusion of the course.
